Registration page Enter your full name, a valid email address, mobile number, and a strong password. Your date of birth is required for age verification — you must be 18 or older. Once registration is complete, a verification link will be sent to your email. Click it to activate your account.

On the login page go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address and submit. A password reset link will be sent within a few minutes — the link is valid for 15 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@sportpesa.click.

SportPesa follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. This protects your account and helps prevent fraud. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

SportPesa supports payments in Bangladesh via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), so there are no currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method. For Mobile Pay and Nagad, the daily withdrawal limit is generally up to ৳30,000.

Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. If KYC verification is not completed, your first withdrawal may be delayed. Verifying your account in advance ensures faster withdrawals going forward.

A cash out option is available on selected bets. You can cancel a bet in full before the match starts. Cashing out during a match will return a partial payout based on current odds. Cash out may not be available on all markets.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet is generally declared void and the full stake is refunded. For single bets, the entire stake is returned. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed and the remaining selections are used to settle the bet.

Security & Privacy

After logging in, go to "Security Settings" and enable the "Two-Step Verification" option. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and will be required each time you log in from a new device. With 2FA enabled, no one can access your account even if they know your password.
