• One Account Per Person: Each individual may operate only one SportPesa account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.

• Transaction Fees: SportPesa does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

The following rules are mandatory when betting on SportPesa and apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and virtual games.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out option is available.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is submitted are final.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Technical Errors: SportPesa is not liable for bets that fail to process due to server or connectivity issues. However, affected members are welcome to report such incidents to our support team.
• Maximum Win Limit: There is a maximum win cap per bet slip. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.
• Suspicious Bet: SportPesa reserves the right to review any bet deemed suspicious and may withhold payment pending that review.

• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using automated bots or software to manipulate the betting system.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform.

SportPesa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation or suspicious activity is found.
• Failure to submit KYC verification documents within the required timeframe.
• At the member's own request — through self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.
• As required by legal or regulatory authorities.

You can request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you.

• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 30 days.
• If you are not satisfied with SportPesa's decision, you may appeal to an independent dispute resolution body.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with international gaming laws.
